Ingredients

  • 1 cuppuffed rice/ murmura
  • 2 tbspcornflakes (roasted)
  • 2 tbsppoha (roasted)
  • 2 tbsproasted chana dal
  • 1 tbspboondi
  • 1 tbspbanana chips (crushed)
  • 2 tbspsprouts
  • 1small potato (boiled)
  • 1small onion (finely chopped)
  • 2medium-size tomato (finely chopped)
  • 2green chillies finely chopped
  • 2 tbsptamarind chutney
  • 2 tbspgreen chutney
  • 1 tspblack salt
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • handfulcoriander leaves
  • 2 tbspsev

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly, in a large kadhai, roast cornflakes and poha separately and keep them aside and cool completely.

  2. 2

    Add all the dry ingredients and masala to the mixing bowl and mix them up everything well. Then add tamarind chutney, green chutney gently mix well to coat the puffed rice with the chutney.
