In a bowl, finely chop the salmon and add chives, capers, juice of 1/2 lemon, olive oil, salt, pepper, mustard, pickles, and shallots.

Cut the avocado and place it in a ring mold with the avocado at the bottom and the salmon mixture on top.

Add a small garnish of tomatoes and lemon. Enjoy!
