Heat a pan then pour cooking.oil half fry the wings both sides.Remove when done.

In the same pan sautee shallots and ginger until fragrant then add tomatoes mix then simmer for two mins.Add wings and mix then simmer until the sauce reduces and the wings are coated thickly.Remove and serve
