In a kadai heat oil, add peanuts and roast.

Then heat oil add Makhana and roast at low to medium flame for 5-6 mins, until crisy.

Now assemble all mentioned ingredients at one place.

Take out roasted peanuts and makhana in a mixing bowl and let it cool down.

Once cool down peanuts and makhana add finely chopped tomatoes, onions, besan bundi, papri, salt, chaat masala and red dry chutney, tamarind chutney mix quickly.

Garnish with coriander leaves and besan sev.

Makhana bhel is ready. Eat it instantly otherwise it will get soggy very quickly.
