Boil potatoes, remove skin, cut into 8 pieces

Add turmeric powder, both chilli powder, cumin powder, salt, toss well to combine everything

Keep a pan, add oil, add mustard seed, curry leaves, garlic until garlic turns brown

Add potatoes stir continuously, in medium flame for 10 min,

Add ghee cover and cook in low flame for another 10min, stir often
- 6
Masala potatoes is ready to serve with lemon rice, tamarind rice etc.,
