Take a mixer jar add coriander leaves cumin seeds paper ginger garlic green chili grind well fine paste and add chicken and add salt chili flakes garam masala mix well and keep in freeze for 2 hours.

Now add cream and curd mix and arrange skewer stick / coating bread crumbs and dip egg mixture

Take a pan add oil and fry kandi chicken

Ready to serve with tomato sauce
