Ingredients

  • Fresh green salad
  • Sliced mushrooms
  • Halfa sweet yellow pepper
  • Feta cheese
  • Apricot dressing
  • 2 tablespoonsapricot jam Preserve
  • 1and 1/2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoonDijon mustard
  • 1/3of a cup of extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

    Start by adding fresh green salad

  2. 2

    At the mushrooms, yellow pepper, feta cheese

  3. 3

    For the dressing combine above ingredients together and heat in the microwave for 10 seconds

  4. 4

    Stir until completely mixed. And serve
