Ingredients

10 minutes
2 person
  1. 1 cupchicken boiled and shredded
  2. 2 Tablespooncarrots julienne cut
  3. 3 Tablespooncabbage julienne cut
  4. 1 Tablespoonpeas
  5. 2 Tablespoonspring onion sliced
  6. 2 tablespoonsSoye
  7. 2 teaspoonBlack Pepper
  8. 1/2 teaspoonChinese salt
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tablespoonSoya sauce
  11. For wrapping
  12. Roll patti as required
  13. Paste for sealing
  14. Flour Paste as required
  15. For frying
  16. Oil for frying

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut all vegetables. Add all vegetables in a frying pan add salt and Pepper.

    Mix all together, add soya sauce.

    Take patti put mixture on centre the sheet and roll it tightly,
    put the flour Paste on edge to seal it.

    Heat the oil and fry on medium heat. Until turn gold.
    Serve hot with sauce.
