Delicious and crispy spring rolls,
I filled these rolls with traditional chicken and vegetables filling.
These spring rolls are very good for dinner starter or Ramadan aftar.

1 cupchicken boiled and shredded
2 Tablespooncarrots julienne cut
3 Tablespooncabbage julienne cut
1 Tablespoonpeas
2 Tablespoonspring onion sliced
2 tablespoonsSoye
2 teaspoonBlack Pepper
1/2 teaspoonChinese salt
Salt to taste
1 tablespoonSoya sauce
For wrapping
Roll patti as required
Paste for sealing
Flour Paste as required
For frying
Oil for frying

Cut all vegetables. Add all vegetables in a frying pan add salt and Pepper.

Mix all together, add soya sauce.

Take patti put mixture on centre the sheet and roll it tightly,
put the flour Paste on edge to seal it.

Heat the oil and fry on medium heat. Until turn gold.
Serve hot with sauce.
