Taro Leaf Fritters (Arbi ke Patte ke Pakode)

Finely chop the taro leaves and place them in a bowl.

Add all the remaining ingredients except oil to the chopped taro leaves.

Add water as needed and mix well. Cover and let it rest for 2 minutes.

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Drop small portions of the taro mixture into the hot oil to form fritters.

Fry the fritters on both sides until golden brown, then remove from the oil.

Serve the hot taro leaf fritters with sauce or chutney.
