Sometimes you are craving something healthy, comforting, warming, and super delicious. This is exactly what this soup is about!

In a pan heat the oil. Then add green chilli, onion, capsicum and carrot and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Now add ginger garlic paste and again saute it for a minute. Now add tomato Puree and stir it well. After 2 minutes add macaroni, corn, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix it well.

Now add water as per your choice of soup consistency. And allow to boil. In another bowl mix the cornflour with 1/4 cup of water and make slurry.

Once the soup started to boil add cornflour slurry and mix it well. Now cook it until the macaroni cooked nicely.

You (Macaroni Veggies Soup) is ready to serve. Serve it hot. Enjoy!
