(1) Green chilli balls
In a mixer jar add Green chillies, Ginger, Coriander leaves, Salt and water and make a smooth paste. - 2
Grind roasted chana dal. In a bowl add this powdered chana dal, Green chilli paste, lemon juice and mix well. The batter should be slightly moist. Make small balls and keep aside. Also keep some mixture of this aside to be used later (for making Alepaak).

(2) For Alepaak -
In a bowl add peanuts, green chilli & chana dal mixture and lemon juice mix well.

Add thin Poha, Puffed Rice, Green chillies, freshly grated coconut, Salt and lemon juice to taste, garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve this Alepaak with green chilli balls for the quick evening snack.
