Ingredients

2 cups
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 tbspcrushed/grated Ginger
  • 2crushed cardamom
  • 7-8saffron string
  • 2-3whole black pepper
  • 1/2 tbsptea powder
  • to tasteJaggery powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan then add ginger, saffron string, cardamom & black pepper to it. Let it boil.

    Then add tea powder & boil again.

    Add milk & cook till 3 boils.

    Filter it & then add jaggery powder to it.Mix & serve.

    Do not add jaggery while boiling*
