Ingredients

2 cups
  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 1/2 cupwater
  3. 1 tbspcrushed/grated Ginger
  4. 2crushed cardamom
  5. 7-8saffron string
  6. 2-3whole black pepper
  7. 1/2 tbsptea powder
  8. to tasteJaggery powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water in a pan then add ginger, saffron string, cardamom & black pepper to it. Let it boil.

    Then add tea powder & boil again.

    Add milk & cook till 3 boils.

    Filter it & then add jaggery powder to it.Mix & serve.

    Do not add jaggery while boiling*
