Ingredients

30 minutes
2 people
  1. 1carrot
  2. 1tomato
  3. 1 inchginger
  4. 10 garlic pods
  5. Handfulbasil leaves
  6. as neededSalt
  7. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  8. 1green chili
  9. 1capsicum
  10. 2 tspCoriander leaves for garnishing
  11. 2 tspButter

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan and add 2 tsp butter.
    Stir fry chopped onions, tomatoes, capsicum and carrots for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Turn off the gas and let it cool down for some time.

  3. 3

    Add some basil leaves and 1 green chili and blend it finely.

  4. 4

    Heat the same pan again and add 1 tsp butter.

  5. 5

    Add chopped ginger, garlic and stir fry it for 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Add the carrot paste to it and again fry it for 2 minutes.

  7. 7

    Add 2 glass of water and let it simmer for few minutes.

  8. 8

    In a bowl take 1 tsp cornflour and 1 cup water and mix it. Add this to the pan and mix it well.

  9. 9

    Then add salt as well as black pepper as needed.

  10. 10

    Finally add some chopped coriander leaves and basil leaves for garnishing and serve hot.
