Mash banana with a fork or blend with milk in a blender. And add the dry ingredients to the milk and make a batter.

Add vanilla essence to it and mix properly. Keep it for 15-20 minutes

Heat a pan put some ghee with a ladle put the batter on it. Cover with lid and cook. Once done flip it over to the other side. Cook till done. Pancakes are ready.
