Seive jowar atta, besan and whole wheat flour, add salt red chilli powder, carom seeds.

Add oil and mix. Add in water to knead a tight dough.

Roll with a rolling pin cut in triangles and prick each with knife or fork. Fry them on medium to low flame. Crispy nachos are ready. Sprinkle garlic powder,Kashmiri red chili powder chat masala on it. Now use it for making bhel.

Take nachos, crush them a little with hand. Add chopped potatoes, tomatoes, onions and raw grated mango. Mix and add the garlic dip, green chutney, tamarind chutney with lemon and salt to taste. Mix well and plate it. For garnish add sev, grated cheese and fresh coriander leaves.
