After washing the beans, you can either blend it or take it to engine to grind it. Since am using dehydrated ingredients I only grinded my beans with onions and I added some chopped onions in it
Am an onion lover, you can skip blending with onions and add the chopped ones or blend and skip the chopped ones - 2
My ugu leaf is dehydrated (dry)..so I soaked it for about 5 minutes in water, rinsed and added it to by blended beans

Our nowadays Maggi is very hard, so I just dilute the Maggi using hot water....add the Maggi,salt, tumeric,dry pepper and oil
Note: you can add other ingredients like ginger,cloves,garlic,cray fish,diced meat or liver or kidney
Mix properly using turning garri or whisker - 4
You can add in a whole cooked egg or divide it into 2 then put it in the leather
Then cook - 5
Moi moi is ready
