No need to special for having poha,just prepared and have had with family.
Steps

Take Poha a big bowl, wash it's properly Bd take out water and socked for 10 to 15 min

Chopped onion and green chilli.

Heat oil on medium flam,add the Rai, curry leaves and green chilli
It should be slightly fry then add chopped onion it fry till brownies colour. - 4
After that add haldi and Salt, slightly fry for 1min then add fried ground nut mix it properly.
After that add socked Poha and mix it properly for 5 min.
Then add Red chili powder and sugar powder or granules for more taste. - 5
Now Poha is ready for having.
Garnish with coriander leaves, chopped onion and Barik sev and 1/2nibboo add for more taste, flavour.
