Soak mash daal over night, strain and grind well till no granules, add, zeera, red crushed chillies, salt and ginger, soda grind one more time, keep for 20 mins

Make dahi batter and keep in fridge

Fry baras in medium hot oil till golden brown, take out and soak in warm water till soft, take them out and soak in dahi.
Top with chutney, zeera crushed and dahi bara masala.
