Super easy to prepare for a seafood appetizer or snack. A dish from the 70s that we love and make often.

Boil the frozen shrimp for a few minutes in boiling water.

While they cool, prepare the pink sauce.

In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise and ketchup. Add the brandy and mix. The sauce is ready.

Alternatively, once the pink sauce is prepared, you can add mustard and Worcestershire sauce, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.

Once the shrimp have cooled, mix them with one of the prepared sauces, ensuring the shrimp are well coated. Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours or until ready to serve.

We serve them in cups garnished with a lettuce leaf.

They are also beautiful served on canapés using sandwich bread.
