Ingredients

  1. 1 cupDal mong soaked
  2. 2 TablespoonDal chana soaked
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1 teaspoonginger powder
  5. 1 teaspoongarlic powder
  6. 1 teaspooncumin seeds crushed
  7. 1 pinchbaking powder or soda
  8. Black Pepper to taste

  1. 1

    Soak the lentils overnight, make smooth paste in blender,
    Mix all ingredients together keep aside.let marinat 15 minutes

    Heat the oil, medium to low flame add laddu in the oil fry until golden and cooked well from inside.
    Serve with salad or chutney.
