Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdal mash
  2. 1 teaspoongarlic chopped
  3. 1/2 teaspoonginger powder
  4. 1/2 teaspooncumin seed crushed
  5. Salt to taste
  6. Oil for frying

  1. 1

    Soak the dall overnight,
    Blend a smooth Paste in a blender, add all other ingredients and mix well.

  2. 2

    Heat the oil, and fry a spoonful batter, pour in oil and fry on medium to low flame until golden
    Remove from oil and serve with chutney.
