Steps

Pressure cook the dal and rice separately. Take a pan and add oil,add mustard seed,jeera andcwhen splutter add hing and add cooked dal and add all masala and mix it well.

Cook the rice in cooker it should be little sticky so add more water.When rice are cooked mixed it in a dal and adjust the masala n salt if needed

Take a small pan,add oil and ghee,when heated add mustard seed, jeera,hing, green chilli, red dry chilli, add onion, garlic chopped and saute for some time and temper on dal khichdi mix.Garnish with fresh coriander and drizzle ghee,serve hot with papad and achaar
