Ingredients

30 minutes
2 servings
  1. 2Green Banana
  2. 4 tablespoonBesan
  3. 2 TablespoonWhole Wheat Flour
  4. 2 TspRice Flour
  5. as requiredWater
  6. 1 TspTurmeric powder
  7. as requiredOil
  8. as requiredPotato Cubes (perboiled)

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a plate. Perboil bananas and peel off the skin. Add potatoes. Mash them together.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl. Take Besan, rice flour and whole wheat flour in the bowl. Add pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix everything.

  3. 3

    Add the mixture of banana and potato in the bowl. Make a dough.

  4. 4

    Make cutlets from the dough.

  5. 5

    Pour oil in pan. Put the cutlets in pan for frying.

  6. 6

    Fry them golden.
