Take a plate. Perboil bananas and peel off the skin. Add potatoes. Mash them together.

Take a bowl. Take Besan, rice flour and whole wheat flour in the bowl. Add pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste. Mix everything.

Add the mixture of banana and potato in the bowl. Make a dough.

Make cutlets from the dough.
- 5
Pour oil in pan. Put the cutlets in pan for frying.

Fry them golden.
