From the streets of Calcutta, comes this really humble, easy & super delicious chaat called "Churmur". "Churmur" are actually decontructed form of pani puris. The puris or the puchkas, golgappas are crushed and mixed with potatoes, spices and tamrind water. They are super quick to make and without much effort.
So lets see how its done...

So lets see how its done...
Steps

In a bowl take two boiled potatoes and mash them with your hands.

Add in all the spices. 1 tspn rock salt, 1½ tspn jeera powder, 1tspn chaat masala and ½tspn red chilli powder

2 green chilli paste, 2 tbspn tamrind pulp and salt to taste.

Now crush all the puris into this and add finely chopped Coriander.

Mix them well using your hands. Squeeze in half a lime and add finely chopped green chilli. Now mix it again.

Serve them in paper disposable bowls to give it an authentic street look.
Garnish with Coriander and crushed puris.
