Homemade Chuda

Clean poha and put it in under the sun for one day

Now in a big kadai roast this poha without oil

After roasting it put it in a big basket

Now heat the oil and fry corn poha and put it in the poha basket
- 5
After that,fry onion brown in colour and add it in the poha basket

Naw fry peanut on medium flame and add it in the poha basket

Fry Kari patta and add in poha same way fry green chilli chopped and add in poha

Add puffed rice,sugar powder and salt mix all the ingredients

Grind cumin seed and aniseed in the mixture jar keep it aside

After flrying all the ingredients,now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin and ani seed powder mix all these ingredients properly (in the left oil) oil and put this oil on poha mixture

Mix all these ingredients properly so the yellow colour of turmeric spread all over the mixture

And here's poha chuda is ready
