  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 2 tsplemon juice
  • 1 cupwater

    Take the chia seeds in a bowl, add water set them aside for 1 hour.

    Combine all the ingredients in a jar and mix well.

    Just before serving stir and drink.
