First, take daliya and roast its golden brown colour, and washed mung dal.

Take a pressure cooker add 5 boul water add daliya and mung dal.

Add salt in it, close it and take two wishel in it

Take a Fried pan add ghee then slow heat add heng and cumin seeds, add this to our mix khichdi.

Add black pepper and coriander and served it.
