I like eating new potatoes with their skins on.

Wash the new potatoes very well, and cut them into bite sized pieces without peeling them. Put the cut up potatoes in a bowl of water.

Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add the well drained and dried potatoes and stir fry.

When the oil has coated all the potatoes, turn down the heat to low, cover with a lid and steam cook for 10 minutes.

Combine the * ingredients.

When the potatoes are cooked through, add the combined flavoring ingredients, stir fry to coat the potato completely with the sauce, and it's done.
