I wanted to make a minestrone packed with vegetables!
These are one of the recipes I like cooking at home with my daughter. For about 6 servings. Recipe by Kodomoto Tsukuru Uchigohan
Steps

Dice the vegetables and bacon into 1 cm pieces.

Sauté the bacon and onion until the onion is cooked through.
- 3
Add the other vegetables, and sauté until the tomato falls apart.

Add the water, soup cubes, salt, pepper and ketchup. Simmer until the vegetables are well cooked and it's done.

It's even better if you make it the day before you plan to eat it.
