First, take the rice clean n wash and soak separately, wash urad Dal and soak separately both soak overnight or 5 to 6 hours, grind separately in a mixture jar n mix it together add salt n water as per the thickness of batter and keep aside for fermenting, after that heat the tawa n make a dosa grease butter n add batata bhaji into it n make masala dosa,

Make a batata bhaji as per process for coconut chutney cut the coconut n chopped small pieces take a mixture jar to add coconut pieces green chilies, roasted gram Dal n peanuts salt n make a chutney, n give a tadka heat the tasks pan add oil add mustard seeds curry leaves, red chili n pour into the chutney now our batata bhaji, chutney, and masala dosa is ready to serve,
