Steps

Cook pasta, drain and place in serving casserole dish

Steam spinach. Squeeze out water and chop. Saute onions in half of the butter. Add the spinach and season. Remove and spread over the pasta

Lightly saute mushrooms in the remaining butter for 5 minutes. Mix soup powder with cold milk and add. Simmer lightly stirring until thickened.

Pour over pasta and spinach

Top with grated cheese. Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Serve with a fresh green salad
