300 grolled oats
100 gpecans, chopped
100 galmonds, chopped
100 gsunflower seeds
100 gpine nuts
100 gdried ginger strips, cut up
100 gdried apricots, cut up
100 gdried banana chips, crushed
100 gdried cranberries
100 gdried blueberries
100 gdried currants
100 ghoney/maple syrup

Set oven to 300 F/150 C

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl

Oil two rimmed baking sheets, 12"x18"/30 cm x 45 cm

Spread mixture over baking sheets

Bake for 45 minutes

Let cool for 20 minutes
