Now take one kadhai add oil also add fennel seed and mustard seed in the kadai. At same time at peanuts and chopped green chilli, also chopped onion. Mix it well.

Cook it for 1 - 2 minutes. Now at turmeric,sugar and salt and again mix it well

Now at Poha in the kadai now again mix it properly

Now sprinkle chopped coriander leaves in the kadai and cover the poha with the lid.

Now and low flame keep the poha for 5 to 7 minutes
