In a bowl add melted ghee and oil and mix.
In a small bowl add corn flour and 1/2 cup water and make a slurry.
Remove skin of mango and cut in pieces. Using a food processor blend it to smooth purée. - 2
In a pan add sugar and 1/2 cup water on medium heat. Bring it to boil and lower the heat and add mango purée while stirring continuously.

Start adding corn flour slurry while continuously stirring. Keep stirring until the mixture starts to thicken. Add in a tablespoon of ghee/ oil and keep stirring until it absorbs the ghee. Keep repeating with the rest of the ghee/oil adding 1 tablespoon at a time. The mixture will start looking glossy.

Once the ghee/oil starts leaving the sides transfer in a greased tray and sprinkle nuts or coconut if preferred.
Let it set completely. This could take 2 to 3 hours. Cut in squares and enjoy. - 5
