Chop vegetable to small cubes. Pan-fry onion. Add celeriac and carrots and cook for 5 more minutes.

Chop chicken to small bites. Season it with garlic, salt, pepper, basil, oregano and pan-fry it with the vegetable. When done, leave the mixture to cool down a little.

Mix tomatoes with cream, grated parmesan and olives. If you use canned olives, wash them in warm water first.

Fill cannelloni with the vegetable mixture and place it into a baking dish. Pour over the tomato mixture. Make sure that the pasta is submerged in the tomato mixture. It needs its moisture to cook properly.

Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C.
