Soak daal,wash it and strain.

Blend this daal with salt,crushed chillies,cumin.

Now add soda and keep.mixing well to form a fluffy paste.

Heat oil,make round shape and fry until nice colour is there,soak in warm water bowl.

Once they soften squeeze the baras.

Now add salt and sugar in dahi and mix. Put this on baras.

Sprinkle dahi Baray masala and chutney and top with papri.
