Crispy Pakoray (Fritters)

These are the best Pakoras (fritters) you will ever eat. Yup, I am making that claim because they are, quite simply, the best.
There are a few things to keep in mind when using my Pakora recipe. First, make sure your baisan is fresh! If the texture and taste of your pakoras isn’t coming out right, 9 times out of 10, it’s due to bad besan. Second, the order of the ingredients is very important. Try to add your ingredients as I describe in the recipe.

Vegetables ko saaf karein wash kar ke cutting Kar lain.

Bowl mein gram flour add karein.

All cutting ki hoi vegetables and all spices add karein coriander seeds, anar dana and fenugreek ko hath mein masal kar add karein. Yogurt add karein aur Pani dal Kar baisan ko achy se mix karein.

2 tbspn oil add karein mix well aur fridge mein rakh dain. Job pakoray fry krna hun tab nikal lain. Oil aur yogurt se pakoray crispy banaye gaye. Agar mixture thick ho tu thora sa water add kar lain.

Frying pan mein oil garam karein. Aur pakoray fry karein on medium flame. Aik pakora phlye bana ke taste kar lain agr Kuch kami ho tu add Kar lain.

Plate mein kitchen towel tissue rakhein aur phir pakoray rakhein serve hot with ketchup and dahi ki green chutney. Enjoy 😋
