Ingredients

  • 2 cupssugar
  • 1 tablespooncorn starch
  • 1/2 teaspoonnutmeg
  • 1 teaspooncinnamon
  • 1/4 cuplemon juice
  • 3/4 cuporange juice
  • 1/2 cupbutter
  • 4pillsbury pie shells

Steps

    Heat oven to 350 degrees then line pan with two of the pie crust. Overlapping in the middle and up the sides. Bake in oven until brown. Mix sugar, cornstarch, nutmeg and cinnamon in a small bowl. Melt butter in sauté pan over medium low heat making sure not to burn. Add peaches, orange juice and lemon juice and cook over low heat for 5 minutes while stirring till peaches have heated through. Add dry mix and cook till all melted down.

    Pour mixture over pie crust then cover with other two crust. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake in oven for 30 to 45 min. Tent top with foil if it starts to brown too fast.
