Kale's in season, so I wanted to make food with kale. I looked for some recipes and saw many delicious-looking kale salads, but I only had about half of the necessary ingredients! It still turned out delicious, though!

Steps

Remove the leaves from the hard stems of the stem, finely chop, and put in a bowl.

Add the ☆ ingredients to Step 1 and use your hands to mix together well. Let sit for about 3 minutes and let the kale soften.

Use a whisk to mix together the ★ ingredients. Lightly toast the sunflower seeds in a frying pan, then finely chop.

Mix Steps 2 and 3 together to finish.

Don't throw away the kale stems, use them in this recipe!.
