  • 1 cupLemon Juice
  • 1 litreWater
  • 1/2 tbspBlack Salt
  • 1 tbspTukhmalanga
  • 1/2 cupSugar

Steps

10 mint
  1. 1

    Take plain drinking water in an open utensil.Fill 1/4% of it with water.Now add sugar and mix till it gets dissolved.

    Now squeeze the lemons by using hands for squeezer.

    Now add black salt in it.Add the remaining quantity of water with chilled water

    In a bowl,add 1/2 cup water and 1 tbsp Tukhmalanga and rest it for 10-15 mints

    Now add tukhmalanga in the drink and mix well.

  6. 6

    Pour it in the glass and serve.

Interesting, i have been trying to find more ways to use blacksalt i got from Nepal. We dont have it here in Thailand. Do my recipe for it is very limited. Thanks for sharing.
