Mix the flour, eggs, mashed banana, yeast, salt, sugar, and milk together by hand. If the dough is too sticky, add a little more flour and oil.

Grease a bowl with oil, place the dough inside, cover, and let it rise in a warm place or in the sun for about 1 hour.

Heat oil until very hot. With two people, one person should flour their hands, take a portion of dough, and shape it like a donut, while the other fries it. Fry quickly on both sides until golden brown.

These are usually served with syrup made from panela or piloncillo, but I like them with sweetened condensed milk.
