Wash and cut potatoes into quarters.

Mix butter, garlic, parsley, oregano, rosemary and sea salt in a bowl

Add potatoes and mix until coated

In a 8x11 glass pan put a couple of tablespoons of toasted sesame oil.

Bake at425 for about 35 minutes or until fork tender.
