Make caramel by melting the sugar in a flan mold. Set aside.

Blend the remaining ingredients, pour over the caramel, and cover with aluminum foil.

Place the mold in a water bath on the stovetop. Once it starts to boil, cover the pot and cook over medium heat for 1 hour.

Turn off the heat and let it cool completely without uncovering. Remove from the water bath and refrigerate for a few hours before unmolding and serving.
