Ingredients

  1. 1/2 Cupmilk
  2. 2 tablespoonsmargarine, cut in small pieces
  3. 1/2 cupflour
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1/2 cupshredded sharp cheddar cheese
  6. 4 slicesbacon, cooked and crumbled
  7. 1/4 cupchopped green onion
  8. 1/4 teaspoongarlic salt
  9. 1/4 teaspooncoarse ground pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oven to 350 degree F.

  2. 2

    Bring milk and margarine to boil over medium heat

  3. 3

    Add flour all at once, stirring constantly until mixture forms a ball and leaves sides of pan.

  4. 4

    Remove from heat.

  5. 5

    Add eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly until mixture is smooth.

  6. 6

    Add remaining ingredients.

  7. 7

    Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased foil-lined (or use non-stick aluminum foil) cookie sheet

  8. 8

    Bake 25 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

  9. 9

    Wrap securely, freeze

  10. 10

    To Serve:

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

  12. 12

    Bake 5 to 8 minutes or until thoroughly heated
