Steps
- 1
Collect all ingredients together and bind them with some water. Don't add water at the same time. Once everything is together, knead it for some 10 minutes.
- 2
Form the dough and place it in a greased bowl. Cover it until it becomes double in size.
- 3
After that punch it. Knead it again and give a log shape. Divide into equal portions. Shape it and place it in a greased baking tray. Keep space in between. Keep it covered for 20 minutes. Meanwhile preheat the oven.
- 4
Give a milk wash. Bake it at 180° for 30 minutes. Once it is done, brush it with butter. Cover it for some time. Demould it.
