Take poha in a large strainer. Wash it 1-2 times by gently shifting them with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer. Heat 2tablespoons oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds green chili curry leaves peanuts green peas and add chopped onions And saute until onions turn pink.

Add chopped potatoes and salt (add salt only for potatoes). Mix well and cook covered. This will take around 3-4 minutes. Add turmeric powder and tomatoes. Mix well and cook for a minute.

Add soaked pigs. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon juice and finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix well and turned off the flame poha is ready for serving.
