Steps

Take oil in a pan. Add onions.Saute it

Now add ginger garlic paste. Saute it

Once done add tomatoes. Keep it on low flame

Once onions tomatoes are soft. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool and grind it well to form a paste

Now take oil to add all whole garam masala. Add onions and tomatoes paste

Add all dry masala. Now add chicken and curd

Mix everything properly and let it get roasted together

Once mixtue leaves oilput water and allow it to cook on low flame for 30mins..until chicken is tender..

By the time boil rice and divide it in 3 portions

Colour it green, yellow, and orange.

Assemble rice with chicken.. Add coriander leaves and pudina on each layer..

Finally, garnish it with a sliced boiled egg.

Keep it on dum for 10 mins

Serve hot with salad
