  • 1 tspEnglish mustard
  • 2 tspvegan mayo
  • Quarter tsp of turmeric
  • Quarter tsp Black pepper
  • Quarter tsp kala namak

    Crumble the tofu in a bowl in pieces resembling scrambled egg

  2. 2

    Add the mustard and mayo and stir

  3. 3

    Add the remaining ingredients, and stir well then you can serve in a sandwich or roll with some spinach or cress and enjoy 💚
