Peel off all ginger and garlic cloves

Wash well than cut ginger in to small pieces

Take a blender add ginger, garlic, green chillies and oil blend well (add few amount of water if needed)

Now Put paste in to air tight & clean jar and store in refrigerated up to 1 month.
